Shipping & Returns

  • U.S. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES:

  • DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS PROCESSING TIME MAY TAKE UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS. 

  • Handling time can be processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday). 

  • WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.

  • STANDARD SHIPPING on all Orders (excluding taxes and discounts).

  • Nivox Beauty SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any lost, stolen, custom fees, damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier.

  • Nivox Beauty is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. If package states that it has been delivered but has been lost or stolen you should be contacting the shipping company with your tracking number to solve the problem. No Refund for any stolen or lost goods. Just provide a safe and accurate address for no problem shipping.

  • RETURNED PACKAGES

  • If a package is returned to Nivox Beauty due to wrong address, non-deliverable, Or refused package, customer is responsible for shipping additional fees to resend package.

  • Please notify our customer service team within 15 days after tracking states delivered regarding any questions on your order. 

  • We are not offering International shipping for the time being. We will announce it, once International shipping will be available.
